Returning Your Online Purchase: 

  • If you're unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return an online purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit to use on a future purchase if the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please note that the item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition and have the original tags and receipt/invoice. If any item is not in the conditions listed above, Bloom reserves the right to be unable to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Buyers are expected to pay the non-refundable return shipping costs. Please allow 10-12 business days for Bloom to process your return.
  • We do not accept returns for "Final Sale" items including sale merchandise, jewelry, shoes, bodysuits, and gift cards.

Exchanging Your Online Purchase: 

  • To exchange your online purchase, please return your previously purchased item and order the exch lovebloomboutique@gmail.comange item on our website. Please then contact us at  252-296-8380 or lovebloomboutique@gmail.com quickly to ensure we can help you with the process, as items may quickly go out of stock.
  • You can also exchange your online purchase in-store as long as the item is items in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition and have the original tags and receipt/invoice. 
  • You have 14-days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item in store as long as the above conditions are met.

 

Shipping Your Return/Exchange Merchandise:

  • Please securely pack your item(s), return or exchange form, and original invoice in a garment appropriate shipping envelope or box and ship to:

  • Once we receive your item and confirm it is in new, unworn condition we will process the return and issue you a refund. Please note: The original cost of shipping is not considered part of the price of the original merchandise.
