ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Thank you for shopping Bloom! We take pride in customer service and our reputation for quality and excellence!
If for some reason you would like to return your ONLINE purchase, we do exchanges or store credit ONLY for your merchandise within 14 days from the time buyer receives their purchase. Items must be in new condition- unworn, unwashed and not altered, with original tags and receipt/invoice.
**FINAL SALE** on clearance/sale items, jewelry, shoes, bodysuits and gift-cards.
Bloom reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange if merchandise is not in the condition listed above.
With ONLINE RETURNS, buyer must pay return shipping cost. Please allow 10-12 business days for Bloom to process your return. Shipping cost are not refundable.
To EXCHANGE your online merchandise, return previously purchased item and purchase new items on our website, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 252-296-8380.

You can exchange or return your ONLINE purchases in store. Same conditions apply. Garments must be in new condition, with original tags, and receipt/invoice. A 14 Day return/exchange policy still applies to in-store.

Please, securely pack your items, return/exchange form and original invoice in appropriate shipping envelope or box. Once we receive your items in new condition we will issue your refund, less the cost of original shipping cost.
